There is a SAFC in my car, can I remove it?

Hey guys, my car has an APEXI SAFC in it, but also has a JWT chip in it.
I'm upgrading to a dual pop charger, which my car should have already had, dunno why the previous owner still had it on a T style single intake.
When I get my new JWT chip can I remove the SAFC? I haven't touched the ting as I don't really understand it. The chip should be taking care of all the air/fuel needs right?
