Yeah, you're not gonna really hear the blow-off without load on it. Get that clutch peddle adjusted STAT! Looks like its going to be beastly on the road!

My neigbors are scared of the garage or something at my place, they would never be nice enough to come over and as me to be quiet, they just call the cops.

looks good man.

You running Open Down pipe?

Mine is and I love they way it sounds.

I don't have neighbors HAHA So I can tear **** up every night and blast the world and No one would ever know LOL

And your BOV won't release unless you have it set to extremely soft, if its adjustable.

Yeah I'm happy this guy wasn't a d!ck and called the cops.He or other neighbors may ***** at the HOA meeting. I hate those HOA nazi's !!!!!!

Yeah same here, I hope she doesn't give me any other problems. I've had years of problems with her. lol

I'm running a T3/To4E .60 A/R comp and I can't remember the turbine i think it was .63 as far as the wheel trims go I have no idea.I bought it from a friend it used to be Chelsea's turbo from Drift Brigade (Pink Miata with smoke stack) Rebuilt though.

The clutch pedal I think is too low, I messed with the adjustment shaft on the pedal. Either that or I need to bleed it badly.

I can't wait to hear the BOV I've wondered what the HKS bypass sounds like. But I'm just so psyched that the motor sounds soooooooo CLEAR and nice!!!!I can't wait till I can boost her and hear that wastegate open up.It's a internal wastegate but I'm running that ATP ultimate internal gate. SO it's supposed to get a very wide angle of swing.Plus I also ported out that wastegate. The biggest I could get it was about 28-30mm dia.

Nice !!!!!

Sorry i couldnt be there last night. ill go over tonight ..

Now we gotta clean up that engine bay ..

Glad to hear that she is running .....

That neighbor is just pissed he hasnt finished his ugly project ...tell him at the meeting that he better close his windows unless he wants tire smoke in a couple of weeks .

Check how tight the blow off valve is.. mine with little or no boost you would hear it like a SSQV through the intake at first , but i had it tight and its a Greddy RS .

No It wasn't even an open downpipe.I have that ATP internal gate to my custom Downpipe, to a test pipe to my crooked Apexi Dual N1's. With no silencers in them.

I can't really tell but I assume it was pretty loud at 11pm, but the guy has 2 little babys. So it was cool, i just shut it down for the night.Plus I had to go to work at 7:30am

My HKS bypass is adjustable but for some reason I don't hear a peep from it.It maybe because I have it hooked up to my Vaccum manifold and that might be hooked up incorrectly.I don't really know how I could do such a thing, but anythings possible.

Sil-line has a 20 with a 25 turbo and he can rev it up and we can hear his BOV go off.I loosened mine all the way but I still didn't hear anything.

Hopefully I can surprise some S281 Saleens on the street. If I can take a Saleen S281 mustangs then I'll be a happy camper.

yeah the engine bay looks soo nasty right now. Also due to the dirt but maybe I'll take care of that. I'm a lazy bastard. I just wanna drive it right now.I'm not really into looking at it too much.

As soon as I get my injectors and Z32 maf I should be making some nice power.I have a chipped computer that this guy in Germany did for me a while back. But the only difference was that it was tuned for a Z32 maf, RX7 550cc injectors, and a RB25 turbo. Now I have a bigger turbo so It's gonna run lean. Although I do have a band-aid that might help me.I have a Adjustable FPR thats boost dependent 1:1 now that wasn't factored in.But when I put that stuff in I'm gonna take it straight to the dyno and have the AFR's checked. Right now I don't even have the injectors or MAF so i'm not gonna worry about that for a while.

I have the stock computer running right now, I haven't hooked up the AFPR yet. With this new turbo I'm thinking to only boost like 8/9 - 10psi max. Because this turbo is moving a larger volume of air.

What do you guys think???

SHE RUNS!!!!!!!!

I Drove the car today!!!!!!I took her about 15 min away from the shop to home.

I gotta get rid of the baby battery and step up to a big boy. But other than that she runs good except for the BOV.

The BOV stays open for some reason.Even when the car is at idle in vaccumI can feel the air sucking and blowing. But while driving I hear a little whistle (BOV cracking open) and then the car would buck and stutter.

So I have to do something about that.

I'm SOOOO EXCITED BEETCHES.

I'm BACK out of the NRRBA!!!!!!

We did that transmission pull in record time.Didn't have to pull the engine either.

Saved myself over $1300 plus dollars.

The lesson learned.DO IT YOURSELF.Don't let some D-bag touch your car!!!!!

Woo-Hoo!!!!!! <--- thats what we need now after tonight ..

Guys , She sounds GREAT!!!!!!!!! and that record time is right.I told him i would meet him there in like 35 minutes to Start the dropping of the transmission to change the pivot . by the time i got there , it was done !!!!!!!

we started putting toghether the rest of the car and got her running! sweet! but the car started reving high. We found that the BOV was a little scum bag and didnt wanna Work.

But the mission was to get that car home , The battery (Odessey) had no power what so ever . we were planning on leaving her there, since it was Dark and raining . But Brian didnt wanna do that. We went to his house and got the Big Boy Battery and wired a temporary trunk battery . It did the job.

Again BIG congrats for the Official resignation of President of the NRRBA!!

I have the same problem on free revs i never hear my hks ssq....im thinking since its a bigger turbo and theres no load on it its not pushing enough air threw the system to actually hear from the bov till theres sum kind of load on it...

Congrats Brian! Sorry I couldn't talk when you called a couple weekends ago. I was drunk and riding in the back of a pickup truck after an Iowa State tailgate and couldn't hear

Then when you called yesterday, I was in the middle of building my deck and didn't quit until about 9:00p.m.

Regardless, I'm pumped that you finally got that car out on the road and retired from your position as the President of the NRRBA!!

Matt its cool

Yeah finally!!!!Been too damn long. lol

But... of course I still have a couple little problems.

My BOV is opening under vacuum. When I Idle I'm pulling about 22 in/hgWhen I open the throttle it'll close and then open again when I back off.(I've just been reving it - no load)

I put my hand inside the valve, so I could see when it opens and closes.

Any one have any ideas???

OK,So i've been a lazy @ss and haven't touched the car in months.Being broke hasn't helped either.

But, I've just stumbled upon a set of 550cc injectors for a decent price.I'm taking them to the local injector place to get them Flowed and Cleaned.

So the next thing I need is a Z32 MAF and I can run my other computer and/or get a new chip from Carl.

Still need to throw that washer in the BOV to keep it closed, and need to hook up that Dakota digital tach box.And stick my battery in the trunk.

After that the car should be running good.Need to put my AFPR in though.

Anyone using a AFPR (not Nismo) with the stock Fuel Rail?I need to get some nipple fittings for mine.

Ok, here are some of the things I've gotten done:

-So I've fixed the stuttering problem.-I've fixed my BOV problem-Got a Z32 MAF-Mounted and wired up the battery in the trunk-Intalled the AFPR

Stuff on the list I still have to do:

-Still gotta hook up my Tach.... and re-wire my Dakota Digital box.-Gotta see if Carl has time to burn me a chip.Cause my chip is for a smaller turbo.
