Ihouse in Paterson, NJ (which isnt a great place to live either) for about 265k about 4 years ago. That money over here in Killen, Texas and most parts of Texas, literally gets you a mansion.

1) When you send a PM, does it stay in the "outbox" until the recipient reads it? I have a PM that is showing in the outbox and I want to be sure this is why.
2) Is posting something potentially on-topic in an off-topic thread a sign that I might be a troll? I might need to see some specialists and get that straightened out...

I was actually going to ask the same thing bc sometimes I'll send a message and it will be in the outbox for a week or more. I actually have 2 messages in my outbox now from 5 months ago. I just figured the messaging system sucked like the search option does.

I wonder if they go through and read them all and then decide which ones make it through.

Yes, I just sent the one, I just noticed it stayed in my outbox (hence my original post to this therad), and I'm guessing it left my outbox when you opened it (or viewed your PMs and it moved to your inbox).

Ha, I do need some 18" tires but Mex's sidewalls are too tall for what I need... Shoot, I actually have a set of 18" new tires I gotta get rid of.
