^^Hi Tim!!^^ Nice rides, and thanks for posting up!
My name is Chris, I am from Washington State. I have always been a car guy ever since I can remember. In my earlier days of being an enthusiast, I always leaned towards Mustangs, Camaros, and American V8 muscle.
Now that I have gotten older, I still appreciate brute force and power, but with finesse, refinement, and amenities.
I won't bore you guys with all of the cars I have owned over 34 years of driving; I will just show you the last 10 years:
2005 Dodge Magnum:
I had a lot of fun with this car. Sunk a ton of money & time into it, won a lot of trophies, and met some really cool people along the way.
2006 Chevrolet SSR 6.0L 6 speed:
Fun for awhile, but typical GM build quality; or lack of. Cowl shake was horrible, and with only 18k miles, little parts were starting to fail. I figured it best to get out of it; as it was a discontinued vehicle and I did not want to get into the situation of needing replacement parts that were obsolete. For example: what if the power top failed?
2005 Infiniti M45, Premium Package:
This car started my love affair with Infiniti; it was a great car and will always be thought of fondly. Awesome power, comfortable, felt great to drive and always put a smile on my face.
2012 Hyundai Genesis 5.0:
Sounded good on paper, but in actual real life, it is decent; but it is no Infiniti. if Hyundai wants to compete in this arena, they need to step it up with quality materials and better ergonomics.
2000 Dodge Dakota R/T:
Purchased from original owner with 41k miles and bone stock. Original window sticker, bill of sale, sales brochure, and all maintenance records included. I have done a few mods since I have owned it. It is a fun to drive truck, with gobs of torque. I guess it satisfies my desire for American muscle. Sits in the garage most of the time, but I don't think I will ever sell it!
2012 Infiniti M56S:
This car is phenomenal! Every day I drive it, it makes me feel great. It is fast, handles well, and has every amenity you could want. I love the advanced electronics, and the build quality is first class.
