At least we have a glimpse of where they're headed with future designs. I can see Porsche, Aston Martin and Ferrari lines in that car.

Wow... I am really surprised that people don't like this look. Everybody has their own taste I guess.

I would buy this bad Larry today if it were for sale... My only problem is that with all concept cars they tone them down when it makes it to production. I want a car that looks different. I want a car that looks like it's from the future...lol. I want them to make this exactly like the concept.

That's odd that they say that, because when it was here in Dallas, it was at a hotel, not a LV store.

Don't like it. Looks totally overdone, except for the rear end, which looks like the designers were looking forward to working on something else and didn't really put the effort into it that they did on the rest of the car.

Nissan Sport magazine did a piece on it a while back.

Somehow I'm betting it was closer to a Westin than Super 8.

I've been saying "Bad Larry" for years but you are the first person that I didn't personally know that's ever used it.

Well that makes perfect sense.

Two eccentric people rarely get along. I would assume the same with one eccentric person and one eccentric car.

Too much eccentricity for one room.

haha

I like everything about the car, except the rear. And yes, it looks like a combination of Aston Martin and Porsche. There are speculations in the Q45 forum and wikipedia that the next generation Q45 will have features derived from the Essence.

The new Essence is the new Q45, Dunno if thats good or bad but the Essence sure goes back to the 1990-1993 Q45 roots.

I love the car. I tend to like my ridez the way I like my women CrUvEY in all the right places. Needless to say if there were ever a car (other than a Testarossa) that would make me randy it would be this one. I see a strong Austin Martin resemblance but I like the way they made it their own. VerY NiCe!

Wait...what?

This thing is a small 2 door V6 coupe. As un-Q45 as you can get. And I'm definitely not seeing any original Q roots in there, either.

Look at the front big logo, compare that to the 1990-1993 Q45

Look at the driver centered interior, compare that to the G50 Q45

Look at the multi-colored interior and compare the interior colors to a 1990-1992 Q45.

And every review for the Infiniti Essence says that "Infiniti has outdone themselves", Well Didn't they say that about the G50 Q45 too?

I am sure there are moe simmilarities I missed, I wonder if anyone from the original Q45 team was involved in the Infiniti Essence team.
