As I've said in other threads I've gone to a private school all my life. In my private school we were taught both sides of the story - most of this bullsh8t (like played in that video) wasn't at all even in our curriculum.

As I go to college classes and see the books filled clear full of socialist ideas and very few if any of our founding principles I'm no longer shocked at how many young people there are voting for Obama. The entire public school system is taught and trained to fill the children full of socialist ideas and principles.

Speaking of personal attacks, attacking the messenger (Beck) doesn't make the video any less WRONG.

Whoever wrote the script for this should be hanged for treason (or beaten for being stupid).

Why did you go off about grammar when you can't write nor punctuate?

Beck brings up things that others refuse to. Sure, some may sing the "tin hat" song yet the majority is pretty good information that has been dug up. In his case, what people do is attack the messenger as a way to avoid the message. Very annoying. The "sheeple" are getting tired of being force fed perspective and innuendo from both sides.

The real facts that should be in the video (in chronological order of the video):

1. Government expenditures on national defense in 2007: 20% (taken from the 2009 Economic Report of the President, Table B-81), just as Beck states (taking out what he says, national defense accounts for 48.6% of the budget, figures coming from the same table). Another fact is that when the government reports it's budget figures, national defense is usually taken out.

2. The corporation is bigger than the government? The government's revenue in 2007 was $2.568 trillion. What corporation brings in more than that, or put another way, what corporation controls 18% of the US economy? It takes the largest 15 US companies' combined revenue (2008) to top that of the federal government's (top 15 companies' revenue is $2.601 trillion, top 14 is $2.5 trillion).

The trees, you'll have to take his word on that one.
