He probably has a Zonda on order don't worry.

In Phoenix you have 340+ days of sunshine... and no humidity its the perfect city to house an exotic car collection!

I think he actually might be a founding partner for Merrill Lynch... they own half the building I work in... I've talked to the car guy before, and you would never suspect him of being a multi- multi millionaire... he has a bad haircut, dockers pants and wal-mart shoes... pretty low profile until you see what he is driving... but very down to earth and willing to talk to you about his collection.

And in response to etschell's comment about the Zonda... I don't believe that a Pagani Zonda would even come close to passing emissions or impact standards for the states so I don't think you can get one here. besides, it's a Mercedes Benz power plant. What's so unique about that? The Koenigsegg is a total design concept from the ground up... designed and built by Christian Von Koenigsegg himself. Nothing like it in the world... when Pagani gets the technology to build their own engine, then you can talk...

for the record, i think all cars over and above a certain $$ threshold are for donkeys. I never said that the Zonda was the better car, but if youre going to tell me based on looks youd take the keonigsegg you have very little concept of style.

On a different point, i would rather have a ZR1 for about $100,000. I don't envy anyone who spends a lot on performance when they can get so much more, for so much less dollar-wise. The fact that he left the "sticker on the window" is proof enough of why he imported this car. It's a show thing, funny part is there is always someone with more than you....

Let me reiterate this is all my opinion, of course it's flawed. But I will never suck some guys balls because he has a nice car...

Well... you certainly have proven that you are a well spoken ambassador of "class".

I think you're are being a bit hypocrtical. You'd spend 100k on a ZR1 if you could afford it whereas somone who can't afford one would most likely say the same thing you did. Also, by belonging to this forum you further prove my point because you drive a vehicle that most people cannot afford. Its economics - why spend a $1,000,000 on a car when you can spend $100,000? Why buy a 15,000 square foot home when 7,500 square feet would do? There more you make, the more you spend...economics.

Beezer you are right.

If we think that way if somebody drives the suzuki thinks the g is for donkeys.

I think it is simple. You love something and you have the money to spend it then just go for it.

Personally I don't really car what others think about me. If I am satisfied and my closest ones. tHat's all the matters.
