haha sounds like a deal, ill let you guys know exactly how everything goes, tonite all i got around to was getting the smic moved up for clearance issues, and getting the exhaust off for the elbow and dp to go on. Should have the dp on tonite along with the elbow and the smic back on with everything moved up. Tomorrow ill start the oil pan, and get that done along with hooking up the WG, and BOV to the fpr. Ive got one more question though, after everything is hooked up and checked over a couple times, will i be able to turn it on? I wont have the safc until around xmas, im just wondering if i can turn it on and make sure everything works.

Ok thanks besides that nothing else tonite boys. Thanks for the help again...im sure ill have some later. Gunna go drain the oil, tap the feed, clean the pan, and get it prepped for the return. Do you guys think i could use steel brake lines instead of braided lines for the return?........Oh ya and for fuel ive got 370s, will have an safcII, and a 255lh fuel pump.

I don't think brake lines are going to be big enough. I mean, a 10 or 8AN fitting is *way* bigger than any brake line I'v ever seen. If you want to piece it together with stainless, you can get all those goodies from summit-racing(be prepared to pay $$$ for aeroquip and similar brand fittings though!). There was a place on the net selling return line kits for abot $50-60. I think fiznat above was who I heard it from a while back.

when i lost one of my injector covers i used two washers and then put the screws in and it held fine until the trip to get a new covers. if you dont put the cover on your injecter will pulsate too much and eventually pop out and leak gas all over your engine bay and you could blow up.

gettin a quick look at it, everything looks very good except for one thing.

the location of the RFL. i know thats where the stock bypass valve is on a SR but that thing is aimed straight towards dirt and water and rocks etc. rfl's are known to get stuck when the piston gets dirty. this will make your car stall out and run funny. i would either relocate it or aim it in a less harmful direction.

Ya i was lookin at that too, im moving it up more...i move the ic more towards the bumper and im moving the bov so its "blowing off" into the smic (not for any reason) just so i dont get it dirty. After moving the ic up it allowed me to put the inner fender back on too. So there wont be too much dirt and what not getting to the bov. heres a pretty bad pic of how the bov will be: (also this is before i moved the ic up)

Well done! Nothing like doing the work yourself! One thing you may want to do is put some thread lock on the BOV. I ran the same one as you and have actually blown it off my pipe. Also I lost all my allen screws and nuts. I had to go to home depot to find some that were bolts instead.

Brunswick, could you get some more pictures of the SSA manifold for me? I'm interested in the clearances and how your DP is setup.

Btw, grats on the KA-T
