Nope.. i just pulled it off.... the only thing that holds the weather stripping there is sealant, i talk to alot of ppl about it and ask about too... and i seen the write up on the 180sx quarter window replacement and thats how it was done just a good thick bead of sealant and just place the stripping on top of it and let it try

well thanks all... right now im am smoking all the lights front rear, and the 4 side lights... but not all the way black.. just a little but should make a good difference and also painted rims. to poor to buy new rims..

Update. So i just finished painting the rims.. i like the color alot looks different in the picsand also semi smoked the lights... didnt want them really dark.. i like them alot too.. they look dark but u can still see the amber color and the red color

Wet sand 400 and just spryed a mix of clear and black paint.. just some mist coats.. like it alot u can still all the colors and it looks all shiny and nice, not like dull like alot of them i seenreidorifuto wrote:What did you use to smoke the tail lights?
