Why would you want to be banned and start all over? That's like going out and meeting a bunch of great friends, only to turn around and show up in full makeup pretending to be someone you are not.

Because i got banned under my real name the phenom account i want that one the other one was just me being stupid lol

As I don't follow things here I will defer you to a Altima Moderator. When someone with 1000+ posts and 1 year of being on the forum with no issues mentions they were banned at one point then I tend to leave things be. But that's just me. If you think I was opening up the flood gates to say it's OK for members to be banned and then create new accounts, only to ask to have their orig accounts reinstated, then you are incorrect. It usually takes a lot to get a perma-ban on an account as we are fairly lenient. Creating a new account when banned is grounds for a perma-ban as it is.
