Hey Kevin, I may have a potential sale for you. The same guy I sold my wheels to is now considering lowering his car. You're infecting people, lol

Hi, I have a 99 Q45t. Will these springs work on my car with the stock adjustable dampening suspension or will I have to replace my shocks to accomodate the shorter springs?

You'll need to switch to standard, non-adjustable shocks, unless yours are new, which case they might be alright.

I would change them. I put teins on with my T suspension and blew them out. My suspension was pretty tight when I started too.

Might have felt tight, but how many miles was really on it already? If it was 40k or over, then it was almost due to be replaced anyhow. 60k is the accepted replacement time on the non-adjustables, and it's even less on the adjustables. You're the only guy I know of that put them on a 99+ T model.

Thanks Q_SHIP you were the guy I was thinking of when I asked the question. Did you write a post about it a while ago? But anywho, I guess I will be replacing the shocks then. Now, on to my next question... Anyone know where I can get a set of KYB SR Specials for the Y33?

Oh, and Falkdesigns I might be interested in snatching up a set of Teins from you. What's your email so I can contact you? Thanks!
