It may be a mess and confusing, but each item not only has a description attached to it, they each have samples for you to listen to so you can not only get an idea of what it is but also a way to really hear the difference between each different type/style. Really, it's worth it to bookmark it and go back to it every once in a while because peoples tastes in music change over time, not to mention it really will take a couple hours to sift through it all if you actually read the description, and the creator of the site is actually pretty funny because despite being a fan of the Electronica music and all of it's sub genre's he doesn't pull any punches if it's crap.
