It's only taken me two years and three months to get it to this point. Then again, I waited 15 of those months just for the engine to come in.

Howdy guys:

Thanx for the compliments.

The rocker covers, center garnish, hot pipes, and intake plenum were chromed by a local shop. But the rest of what you see is old fashioned elbow grease...sitting for hours at the buffing wheel. Note the throttle linkage, t-bolts, and little odds and ends stuff like that---it was all hand polished.

As for the rest of the car...I'd love to, but this is a project that we must try and keep under wraps for now. Suffice it to say, the entire rest of the car is at the same caliber as the engine work.

And before someone asks, what you're looking at is HKS GT-RS turbines, Z32 MAFS, APEXi suction kit, HKS cam gears, Trust clear cover (you can find this on eBay now...I bought mine from Japan before they were everywhere here in the States), 10-AN fuel line, Aeromotive FPR, real braided stainless balance tube, radiator tubes, water lines, and vacuum lines, Fluidyne KA radiator, N1 oil pump, N1 water pump, blah, blah, blah...

Hey mate:

Yes, I tore the block down to, well, a block.

I didn't stroker it...in fact, the only internal mods were Stage 1 cams, a Jun crank collar, a complete gasket rebuild kit, and a 1.2mm Nismo metal head gasket. I wanted to get it all running and get to that "magic number" for horsepower first (which 500 whp is WAY more than any S14 should have). And then maybe down the road, the need to have even more will hit.

During the tear-down process, I meticulously cleaned every damn part on this beast. You guys should see the pics of when I put a high-pressure sprayer into the water channels inside the block. It had good leakdown before I tore it down, and hopefully I put it all back together correctly. My last remaining concern is the oil pan...I might have a custom one with a deeper sump built up. But for now, it should relaibly turn 500 whp with the right tuning.

Thanx bro:

I tried to resize them and dumb them down a bit, but to no avail.

I appreciate it...

Scott

PS: I still have some leftover vacuum lines that I need to figure out where they go. Up front, right below the fuel rail. Ramius, are you close to being done, and if so, can I come over and figure the last pieces of the puzzle out?

Sure Scott. We are almost done. All we have left to do is the passenger's side intercooler piping and that is it. Everthing else is done. Just give me a call on my cell phone some time. If I do not pick up, just leave me a message. (404) 372-4730. Hopefully I can help you out with what you need.

that my friend is life... lol there is always someone willing to put in more effort and money than you and therefore end up with a nicer looking result. and though i give him respect because its beautiful, it doesn't at all discredit your swap, my swap, or anyones for that matter just because of bling factor we all kick *** imo.

nice car man, i gotta get my bay painted...

Hey guys:

I couldn't agree more with dekand. Yes, there were some cosmetic considerations given to the engine, as this vehicle is a competition car and a demonstration vehicle for my upstart company. But the reality is that if you have an RB in your S-chassis, you rock. Plain and simple.
