Hey guys:

Figure end of June/early July for the goods to be exposed in full. Till then, we'll continue wrking on her, and can't be revealed until every last detail has been covered.

This will be the first place I post pics though, so stay tuned.

Thanx for everyone's compliments. A hella lot of work you're looking at here...

I have pics I have been sitting on of this since the install. I have been wanting to post them so badly but Scott said we had to wait. This car is so rediculous I pissed myself when I saw it...

Hey unstable...things have progressed solidly since the engine install. I have spent the last two days wiring up the accessory power functions and testing everything. I figure we'll begin final asembly of the interior later this month. We have a get-together with a bunch of guys on June 24-26 to finish up any and all final details. By then, all that I figure will need to be done will be final details and engine tuning. Keeping fingers crossed for a debut in early to mid July.

How do you think people will react to the back window? LOL

Sweet deal mang. I want to see that thing run. I can't imagine the amount of wiring that has to go into that thing. As for the back window I still watch the video I have of it, and it never gets old. I think when they see it they will say you are a mad scientists bent on destroying the world...

Scott, isn't it from an R32? I think I remember you saying something like that.

Tomorrow, I am starting up my RB26 for the first time. I will probably be scared as hell and puckering the ole' bung hole lol, hoping to GOD that it starts.

If I get it running, I'll bring it to you and let you see anything else that you need to look at that you said you needed from me.

Jon:

Help a brotha out. The last cossmetic thing I need for my engine is the "Twin Turbo" logo on the turbo hot pipe. New or used (used that can be cleaned up to the same level as the engine). None of my Jap contacts want to deal with something as small and unimportant as a logo, and the New Zealanders and Australians at skylinesdownunder.com are just plain ignoring me.

OK guys, let me get the loose ends tied up on the MAFS and MAFS adapters, and I will post more pics soon. Hang tight.

Oh, and on another, unrelated note, the Z32 HKS metal MAFS adapters turned out to be a massive, and expensive joke. Yes, they bolt up to the Z32 MAFS, all right, but I didn't realize you'd need a 4" coupler and a 4" filter to make 'em work. Ridiculous....these things are more than 1/2" thick. I have had to resort to eBay-level MAFS adapters. Anyone need HKS Z32 MAFS adapters and a pair of Vibrant 3" to 3.5" couplers? I paid $165 for the set. Make me an offer!

Hey mang:

Thanx for the offer...and sorry I haven't called. I am being pulled every which way with this car. We are finishing off the interior build *next weekend*. So, around June 28th or 29th, I'll be getting with you. In the meanwhile, when are you driving that thing 15 miles north for me to see it?
