taillights - i want these really bad, but what are they?

And I think when people speak about "ebay products," they typically mean all the generic knockoff crap such as SSAC and all its oddly named aliases/distributors. Everyone knows some quality stuff changes hands via eBay, but all that cheap knockoff crap really is an affliction upon the enthusiast community.

Oh wait, I can hear it now -- "no waiz dude, i gotz there exhaust and fmic and they rock!" Well congrats a$$, you've paid for fartcan that will lose almost all of it's muffling ability in about a year when all the fiberglass settles to the bottom. And as for the FMIC's; I guarantee you they are nowhere near the quality of brand name units. I've ran both good and cheap FMIC's and there's really no comparison as far as cooling abilities and pressure drop. Just because the fartcan and fmic fit, are shiny and have decent-looking welds doesn't mean they're worth spending money on. Anyone who puts knockoff suspension on their car gets a roflhaus aswell.

look, i believe to him their own, if you like a differnet look than stock, cool go for it, its a neat touch i won't lie, but no one needs to be a jerk on here. look it would suck if every 240 looked the exact same, if we all painted our cars only one color, how would we all stand out? all that matters is what you think about them. umm. werd on the different than stock, but not those, you should never disgrace your car just too look different. there is plenty of stuff out there that increase the look of the car without increasing the rice output. with that kind of rationalization i would hate too see your car

Speaking of rice. Here is a pic of what got me first interested in the strawberry face a couple of years ago. I held out on doing anything to my car just because I am that type of person. Now that I look at this car again, even it is a bit too rice for my tastes. It still looks a lot better than most, but still... a bit too rice.



What do you guys think?

The sideskirts look different also. It is better than most, thus it is considered somewhat rice. The pic of the white s15 looks a lot better. I can't really tell with it being a smaller picture, but the front and sides look different. The wing in the back definately needs to get toned down and better wheels. Then it should be pretty clean.

I think these Ebay lights actually look alright, or maybe it's just because they go well with the color scheme of the car.They'd probably look good if the silver inside was painted black, too bad they have the huge circles for reverse lights just like the other ones.

Look at the paintjob on that car. Hot damn, it looks like the paint is still dripping. Beautiful.
