I don't know but you can always build an adapter box like this:http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ories

I had a little t3/t4 50 trim and the compressor housing hit the manifold. I used T3 flange to space it out but I don't think you'll be able to do that with the GT35R.

Hmm. This gives me a good idea for putting a 2871R on mine.

Even if you went with an internally-gated turbo (lame idea on a 35R, but possible), you'd still need to space the compressor out from the manifold at least 1/2", maybe more depending on how the compressor is clocked.

Does anyone build a t25 to t3 adapter with a WG flange on it that you know of? It would be better on the top of the adapter rather on the side as well, does anyone on here run a similar set up like I described? I just cant justify spending 1k on a mainfold, when I could spend it on a badass turbocharger :-)

Why not step it down to a more responsive T3 turbo like a 3076R with internal gate? Let's be realistic here. You're looking at a 35R with more capacity than the stock bottom end. What is the point in anything bigger than necessary unless you like lag?

The gt3582r only has a couple of hundred rpm's more lag than the 3076, so why not get the bigger turbo and make the same HP with less boost. I have heard that you cannot tell the difference in lag between the two. Believe me I know about lag. . . . . .I had a PT67 on a 1.8 liter Honda motor, wouldnt start to build boost till 5.5k rpm-but when in boost it was INSANE!!

So why do you want the t25 adapter?

Why not use a stock RB25 manifold? I am assuming you are running a RB20. The RB25 manifold should work on both motors and is T3 flanged.

I am running into the same issue. And he wants to use the stock mani, its just that the compressor housing hits the manifold and wont allow you to mount it. Plus there's the issue of clearance bottom mounting it. I'm wondering if I can do it in my S14.

Woah, I didnt know that! Still learning a little- this is my first Nissan, I got a RB25 swap BTW. Whats the biggest turbo that you can mount to the stock mani and still clear?

GT55R dawg!!!

I'm telling you, 3076R will beat a 35R on a stock RB25 any day of the week.

On a stock, log, T3 manifold on a stock RB25 bottom end? Makes perfect sense to me

Your wanting a big turbo and worried about spending 1k on a proper manifold? I think you are in the wrong game.

It's understandable. He was a Honda guy so it will take a while to work all the underglow, supra wings, and VEEETAAAAACKK out of his system

Just kiddin' ya hahaha

Here's a 60-1 we installed on my buddies s14, no spacer but we shaved the manifold and turbo slightly for clearance. A t3 flange as a spacer should work good with an internal gate 3076r...

But it would have to be T3 to T3 and not T3 to T4

My buddy ran a 3076 on his with no spacer. Just needed to grind down the exhaust manifold a little.

Seeing the manifold only needs shaved a little to clear a 30r, would a 2871R fit up without modification? Im not sure how much smaller the compressor housing is compared to a 30R.
