I swaped a jdm moter in to a us car, did all the correct mods but still not turning over. Im getting a few pops here and there but not turning over. Is it a wireing problem or a timing problem? i had 2 gallons of 2 year old gas in the tank but added new gas. Is bad gas my problem aswell? any help is priceless!!

Are you 100% sure that you have the feed/return fuel hoses on their respective harlines? The hardline with the fpr at the end is the return, so the other is feed obviously. The fuel hose off of the filter is obviously fuel feed, and the other return. There's an emissions line near there too which is left unused and can be removed.

BTW moter is really motor.

Dude..I just recently dealt with this!

2yr old gas means the fuel pump in the tank is F'd up. I had to pull the tank just to remove all the dissolved seals and hose material from the bottom of the tank. BAD GOOO. Gas is caustic and destroys rubbers and seals if you let stuff sit in it.

Check your pump...you will see that the hose that goes from the pump to the hard line is completely disintergrated.
