so the springs are 3kg/mm? that sounds very droopy.

fyi: i have no skills in translating mm to inches or kg to lbs.

you dont *need* coilovers when lowering your car, it all depends what you want to do...

and as far as shocks blowing with lowering... if u go with a reputable company for shocks ie koni u shouldnt have a problem

i mean i dont understand the point of a DD with coils, especially if your not going to see serious track time

18s work with coils, but not springs. I too have yet to see a picture of a car with springs that has a good stance on any size wheel. I need pictures to be proven wrong.

Espliers are supposed known for being the lowest on just about every car, they look good on sc300/400s. But thats a whole different car.

here ya go wis my 240 at night with 18x7.5 running 215/35 with lowering springs. it never scrapped or rubbed. although up front i had about an little over 1/8 inch clearence between the front suspension and the wheel. oh these have a 43+ offset.
