I used the one that says fixedAF. I assume this is the one you want.

This looks like he got rid of the "low octane" maps which he determined to be for the secondary butterflies. Do you have those removed?

I'm not sure why he thinks this is beneficial but I guess he knows what he's doing.

Let me know how it works.
Yeah thats the correct tune. Yes i do have the second BF's removed. I really appreciate your help mang. It seems that gabe's site is down.. so not sure whats going on there.

I sent ya an email.

I sent it out today. It was $6.48 for shipping. I think the chip was ~ $6.00.

I have a few chips, so I don't need one in return. My paypal is my email address I believe.

Just to be clear though. I have nothing to do with this tune. I simply put it on a chip as a favor. I am in no way responsible for anything that happens as a result of your installing this chip.

Let me know how it goes. I'm interested to see what your final timing map looks like.

Anyone know where you can buy a new compressor wheel for this turbo? Mine got eaten up by something, it still works but it can't be as efficient.

Turbonetics dealer. Super60 is made exclusively by them...

hey wildmaxx/edub, would u guys know of a tune that i could use for my stock setup with a .48/.42 t3? secondary butterflies are removed, walbro, egr removed. it's very basic i guess. i do have the ecu chipped, but the tune on it is really crappy. it ran better with the stock/factory tune. i'm only running 6.5psi. i'm sending for a willems this weekend. and hopefully sending my 550's to deatschwerks.she's running pig rich and i think the timing is messed up. is there anything that'll run my set up better? thanks in advance.

You could use the tune above but its for 460cc injectors. If you know how to change the value in the fuel maps to run 550cc injectors i think you would be fine using that tune. Its also for a Z32 maf so that may also need to be changed.

I found a .BIN file from Gabe's site on my comp. I don't konw how accurate it is but it may help ya out. This is for a STOCK MAF.

I am no expert when it comes to writing tunes and whatnot. This is just a tune that downloaded from gabes website that was available to the pulbic.

The BIN file i attached was for the 550cc injectors and stock maf. So i assume if you change the maf setting for what your running then you should at least be able to start your car.

To go from 460 to 550 injectors devide 460/550 = .836

Convert your K value to decimal then multiply by .836 and convert back to hex.

Do the same to your TTPmin, TP and VQ. This will convert the 460Z32 MAF tune to a 550 z32 MAF tune.

I haven't messed with tuning in a while - read up on it at hybridka.com to double check.

I think if he imports the Z32 VQ table, he wouldn't have to multiply the VQ table by that that dec number you supplied. The VQ table is simply factored by the K value, not changed by it.

Just getting my tune together and having a look at the one you posted. Have you done anything with it?

From what I'm looking at he set you up with a tune that is ultra conservative - almost like a limp tune. In the highest load column he is pulling up to 26 degrees. If you have Rom Editor open it up and have a look - .75 deg per PSI is considered conservative.
