They claim to be able to import Skylines and convert them to DOT & EPA specifications. I've been an avid Skyline enthusiast for years and have read all the DOT & EPA requirements for importing a Skyline and after MotoRex shut-down, I thought no other companies were allowed. Is this true? Are there other companies now taking the place of MotoRex? I'm still awfully hestitant...

There is no longer such thing as an EPA or DOT Skyline. Anyone who claims this (at least for the R32-R34 series) is lying. This topic has been discussed an unbelievable amount of times and there is even a discussion thread on the very importer of which you speak. A simple search would have answered this question.

Refer over to any other thread on this topic. Any number of guys can get you a skyline. Most can get messed up ones at best. But to get a clean registered one you will pay an arm and a leg for a former Motorex car cause, although shady, they are the only ones that are considered to be federalized until someone goes through the expensive process of doing all the dot and epa stuff again.
