Subaru Impreza and Nissan 240 injector compatabilty question.

will Subaru injectors work with the SR.

if im correct. stock Subaru sti injectors are 550 cc( or something like that)

someone said that they can be used on the SR.

is this true?does anyone have any info on this?

Yep they work. Stock WRX injectors are only like 370 cc or something like that. You need STI injectors which are something like 525 cc. You will need the pigtails to connect to the harness.

I dont remember how to tell the two apart off the top of my head, check NASIOC. As for price, it ranges a lot, though I have seen used STI injectors for as little as $200.

Not true. DSM injectors are top feed. They will work with SOHC KAs with the right spacers, but a whole new fuel rail is needed to use them on an SR. That, and only some of them are 550cc

AFAIK all the USDM STI injectors should work. Though Im not sure about the newest gen, to be safe I will say 04-07 USDM STIs for sure. The info is out there, check the subaru forums.
