im starting to fix my 1995 240sx and im gunna replace the shocks\struts... i have looked up online and called many parts houses and they all tell me different things....

i am being told that a base model 240sx has struts at all 4 wheels.... i thought it was struts in the front and shocks in tha back....

im sure its a stupid question but i was sure you guys would know...

All 240SXs have struts at all 4 corners, shocks are only really found on muscle cars with solid axles and trucks.

Struts have a coil surrounding them. shocks are more seperated from the coil or leaf springs on trucks

It would be a MacPherson strut assembly up front and a coil-over shock absorber for the rear.
