Yeah, i agree, that'd look good from just about any angle.
Stop hating on stretching tires. It's a great way to take up slack in softer-sidewalled street tires without bumping up your PSI and ballooning your contact patch. Plus it looks great.
I'd always run a stretched tire on a purely street car or a purpose built drift car. On any car that sees track duty, the tire should have a stiff enough sidewall to get away without stretch. I run 225/45-17 Azenis RT615 on my car, on a 7.5" wheel (lame width ). Next, I may try a 235/40-17 on the same wheels.
