one time i passed a speed trap at 40mph over the limit...

it was conditionally safe so no flames please :D

but then another time i almost got arrested by military police after they pulled Assult rifles on me...lol just a misunderstanding of course...

IF YOU EVER GO ON BASE AND THEY STOP YOU FOR ANY REASON AT THE GATE...DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR FOR ANY REASON AT ALL!!!!

Conditionally safe is such a vague and lame method to fool people into speeding...
