I was wondering how much the fly wheel weighs on a stock s13 sr? If the Spec 12lb was a worthy weight savings for the money or if i should just have my stock unit turned when replacing my clutch...this car is a street car with no track time but will be seeing upgrades in the near future.

Thank you

I think my redtop flywheel weighed in at around 19 lbs. I believe my Fidanza is 12 lbs and I love it.

Maaaaan. I really need to find that video.

A guy took a video of his tach with the stock flywheel and revved it to like 5K or something

Then recorded his tach with the lightened flywheel and revved to 5k.

Then set the videos side by side so you can see how the light flywheel compares to the stock. It's badass

Keep in mind that a lighten flywheel will allow your engine to rev faster, but at the same time it will drop faster also. A real lightweight flywheel paired up with a really strong grabbing clutch is a PITA to drive in traffic.
