Well, not exactly. The average minimum temp for Sask in January is -22. Temps of -40 are not exactly a normal daily occurance. In fact, prior to this year the record low was -49 and that was more than 100 years ago. Granted I am going by records up to 2000.Ginsu wrote:Also, -55 is once a decade.
