Hey man.... he will do it for less than you can find anywhere else... idk why no one has tapped into him yet... Springs installed for 180... And other stuff cheap... will give you discounts if doing more than 1 thing.... Email me with your requests... Although i think a sway bar is easier to install than a gas cap!

Jose,

True. But, here Addidas2go is the Stillen poster child. He should know or can find out.

Addidas,

If I recall correctly Stillen has both cars for prototyping now (Originally, only a 2.5). Is this correct.

Josh/Kyle?

BTW - I have a couple questions. I've only done matched sway sets in the past.

1) Can Stillen confirm the benefits of the rear sway install? I know that there will be limited scientific results. But, a confirmation/testimony might firm things up for us sitting on the fence.

2) Has Stillen considered having some of us NICOClubbers write testimonies for the end-results? I know that some of us would ...... hint hint. I know that the forum represents a sort of informal testimony on many things, bt it might be better to get some coverage from the web-site.

Windhaven, you bring up good points. For those of us ordering I believe we will find out that the need for a front bar will present itself. I think the front end needs it the most.

We'll see when I receive it.

They have always used their 2.5 for the r&d: fascia, rockers, dampers, sway bar. They have the SEMA show car thats a 3.5. They also now have the sedan. They have confirmed it fits all their cars

Hey guys,

We have used both of our cars for development and prototyping. The V6 and 4 cylinder. It all depends on which car was available at the time we were doing the development.

The rear sway bar is 20% stiffer than the factory bar and is a direct replacement.

These sway bars will be a great compliment to the handling of the Altima's and will greatly improve your confidence when cornering.

We will not be making a front bar for the Altima's because removal and replacement is very difficult and will require a very lengthy and costly installation.

I'm not saying the front bar is not coming, just not being released alongside the rear bar next week.

I'm sorry if I left confusion on the table, my intention was to say it's not being planned, the R&D isn't done, but I hate to say we'd never do something.. but apparently Kyle does..

I guess the simple way of saying it is don't plan on a front sway bar from STILLEN at this juncture.. we'll definitely advise if this were to change, but it's not coming at this point.

Can't wait for these to come out. Blake gets everything first that's why he has a BAD#*S CAR. It's not fair. Looking for these ASAP.

Okay so question. From what i've heard, i know it FITS the 2.5, but does the 2.5 have a sway bar? Because the installation says that to remove the stock bar and use the nuts + bolts of the stock setup. Will this be a prob for the 2.5 owners?

EDIT- Never mind, i see that josh said that 2.5's also have the sway bar on the first page.

Actually I had to come up here to Fallon, NV for a month to do some training with Top Gun and I didn't get to snag a bar before I left. Someone else can be the guniea pig this time

I'm still not clear on that 20% stiffer part. Do the SE's and the other trims all have the same sway bar?

TOP GUN training Well... Good Luck Maverick! Say Hi to Goose for us! Looks like someone else is gonna have this installed before Blake does. I'll be ordering these bad boys in the next week or two!

BTW...is there gonna be a Group buy for this in the very near future? ..Josh?...Kyle?

Hey guys,

From what we can gather all the trim levels are running the same bars.

At this time, I don't know if we are going to do a group buy or introductory buy.

Currently we are having a hard time keeping these in stock long enough to offer any special pricing. A lot of dealerships and retail customers are snagging them as quickly as we can make them.

I was hoping to get a set configuration (front and back).

I will probably just wait and see.

In reality I don't think these will be on special or up for a group buy for awhile. I would say go ahead and order them now and if anything pops up over the next month or two then I will make sure you get a credit for the balance.

So on the SE the springs are the only thing that makes the difference with the ride stiffness?

Jose,

That question would be best left up to a Nissan engineer. NOT A NISSAN SALESMAN as we all know they don't know what they're talking about.

From what we can gather the sway bars are identical between all the different vehicles.
