I had to send them back to get repainted. I was not satisfied with the quality.

I know, right? Bad color match or poor prep maybe?

Jose - You got a ETA for the new paint job?

Black is the hardest color to match. In fact, wreck a black car and they often time will have to repaint the entire thing.....

I'll pick it up tomorrow. The color wasnt off, but the paint was not smooth, the clear coat had bubbles, there were a few specs of red and white under the clear coat and worst of all it had the orange peel look. So they probably rushed through it since they were probably thinking it was just a piece of plastic.

Ok so I decided to spray paint this grille because its not worth getting painted at a body shop. I also had red paint laying around so I decide to paint the mesh red just for the hell of it, once I get tired of it I'll paint it black again.

BeforeAfterand one with the Nissan emblem

Ignore the double sided tape, its a temporary fix.

Very unique man, looks great, i'd personally keep it black but watever u like, it's def more aggressive in red. God i hate the look of the radiator in the back.

looks tight man! I was thinking about just doing the front lip on my sedan, and not the rockers. In you opinion will the lip look ok without the rockers, or will it make the front hang down too much? Right now with my Eibach drop and 245/35/19s the front bumper still looks a little high. I like the height of the sides and back tho.

It'll look ok but a little off. I have 18's and the lip is 7 inches off the ground from the middle and 6 from everywhere else.

I'm just looking at the pictures of Jose's car and I think I have a pretty neat idea for a new hood for these cars. It could be designed to be a functional ram air and I think it would really make the front end very aggressive.

My thought is to basically cut the center section along the creases in the hood without completely cutting the section out. Only on the sides and rear (by windshield.) Then push the sheet metal down about 1 inch in the very back and fill the gaps. From there an air scoop could be installed that would flow directly into the intake.

That design might look a little "knight Rideresque" but I think it could be pretty cool...Maybe someone with some photoshop skills could take my interpretation and run with it?

Also, this is not something that STILLEN would make. Hoods are not our thing. The only reason we build them for Z's and G's is to clear our supercharger.

My friend said the same thing, the hood needs to be more aggressive.

Yes, all of these items are on sale for the month of August, only a couple of days left..

It's possible some items might go on sale again in the future, but I can't even begin to predict if or when.

Shoot me an email, I'll pass it on and see what I can do for you specifically, but obviously this is a great price that can't last.
