Thats because they are all stick on ones lol... Whats so bad about them though? If installed correctly you shouldnt really have any problemscolonelcasey wrote:They all seem like stick-on ones instead of the superior in-channel ones that WeatherTech typically produces.
Great news...I might get a pair of them now for my Rogue now that the set is completeotto888man wrote:I just noticed that Weathertech has now the rear ones for the 2014 & 2015 Rogue window deflectors.
Thanks for the update. I'm thinking of getting a set myself.colonelcasey wrote:Just wanted to say I got the WeatherTech side window deflectors and they're pretty good so far. Installation was good other than some disconcerting cracking noises when installing the front two visors. Despite following the directions to the tee, I think it led to a small part of the interior flange to crack while tucking in the last 1/4 of the deflector. It doesn't appear to have compromised the integrity of the visor but time will tell how it does.
WeatherTech has seem to have improved the design of their deflectors compared to one I bought in 2009. They appear to be lower profile than the old ones and have a small notch cut out so I can fold my mirror up completely without having to worry about it pushing up against the deflector. All in all, it's a pretty good product so far and I'll see how it performs once it has set overnight.
They are installed inside the window channels, which is why it's a little hard to get them in there in the first place. They give you some tips and tools to get installed right and so that it sets for 12-24 hours inside the window channel.summitview wrote: Thanks for the update. I'm thinking of getting a set myself.
Quick question, since the deflectors are installed inside the window channels is there interference to the window operations?
Good to know. Thanks.colonelcasey wrote: They are installed inside the window channels, which is why it's a little hard to get them in there in the first place. They give you some tips and tools to get installed right and so that it sets for 12-24 hours inside the window channel.
I drove today and found that my windows are more or less just fine. My driver's window motor does sound like it's dying when it's pushing up the last inch into the window channel but it still makes it up there to fully close. No issues with the other windows that I can note.
Neither. It's rather easy to install, held in place by two clips.domo325 wrote:I'm interested in purchasing the dealership roof wind deflector. I'd rather just install it myself. How is it installed on the Rogue 2015? Do you need to make holes on the roof? 3m sticker?
The Nissan dealership sells this same Weathertech roof deflector model?Rogue One wrote:Neither.
