A cautionary tale for those looking to purchase the WeatherTech window deflectors for their 2nd gen Rogue. The rear ones suck at staying inside the channel, even with the adhesive strips. My rear set started falling off this summer after 10 months installed (passenger side fell into the car once, drivers side was loose) so I had WT send me new adhesive strips. Re-applied and reinstalled using the same method as the original installation instructions and even added some additional adhesive on the sides.

Low and behold today, barely over a month since I reapplied the adhesive tape, the driver's side completely fell out into traffic and got hit by the car behind me. Fortunately, WeatherTech actually covers the destruction of your side window visor if it falls out into traffic so that's a nice plus on their warranty side. But something tells me that their 3M adhesive tape isn't holding up well in the sun or there's some sort of design flaw that allows it to not sit in the channel properly to be fully secured. They're also sending me some sort of rubber gasket that they say will help secure it better so lets see if that works. Hope this helps any future readers who are interested in purchasing these window deflectors.
