sticky throttle body?!?!?

i bought my first s13 and the throttle body sticks like crazy. how can i fix this i tred wd40 but it didnt help at all.

spray in TB cleaner and/or starter fluid into your throttle body. There probably is excessive build up of carbon around the throttle plate

This is a good start, but if that does not fix the problem, I would start checking the cable. Are you sure its the throttle plate? Most of the time when I get sticky throttles at work, it is a kink in the the throttle cable that causes the problem.
