to make that more clear, he is talking about the damper box that will make the clutch system harder to bleed. thats another plus of the clutch line.btw Alan, i sent you an email

Once you get under the car and look at it... it's very simple. I would have a friend on hand to help you bleed the clutch afterwards.

hey i have to say the service was excellent. delivery took as long as you said-about a week, and the part is very nice and looks well made. keep up the good work, SPL! Although i cant say with accuracy the clutch line made a big difference--since i also bled the system and bypassed the dampener--i can say i dont have to worry about the possibility of the clutch line expanding or failing. Great part! i think SS brake lines from you guys are next!

any possibility this would work on an Altima KA? not sure, since the 240 is RWD and Altima is FWD...it would be one worthwhile mod if it did!

ive never looked at a 5 speed 240...dont know how the clutch system is set up...i have a friend with an Auto 98 240, but that doesnt help me much LOL maybe if i could look at his Chilton's sometime...any help from you guys would be great too...if the line worked out for an Altima, better believe youd have a few more sales on your hands at that price!

Doubt they'd work for an Altima, you'd need a short clutch line.

If you'd send one in to us we could possibly develope one if there is enough interest.

Sounds good, keep in touch with me.

If there is enough interest in brake lines as well we could work out something too. We sell the sets for $88 for a set of 4 shipped.

Try to procure a set of them as well.

Hey spl, how does your cluth line compare to the Nismo line, please be honest about it. Thanks.

P.S. Do you have any in stock?

Ok cool, sounds good. I'd imagine they would be around a similar price as our 240 and 300 lines. Really depends on the length and fittings.

The physical line itself appears to be the same, and our line costs 1/4th of the price. Ours does not have the additional fittings that the Nismo line comes with. Our's is intended to replace the rubber line.

If you want my honest opinion, why spend 60 bucks more? It's a clutch line, and most of the benefit is in the line anyways.
