when you turn the key does anything happen? If the answer is no the ground on your starter is probably off happens to me at least 1 time a week

Umm, the ground for the starter is the engine block. New swap? Manual conversion? Could be the inhibit relay in the wrong position.

Check your ignition switch to make sure that the power isn't cutting out to everything else when you are trying to start the car. I have seen it a few times before, and that is what it is sounding like from your last description.

Exactly what wires did you connect this switch to?

i measured for voltage to a wire under my dash and it was 12v so i soldered another wire in to insure a good connection for both and installed the switch not sure what exact wire but its getting 12v for sure.

Sounds like you may have gotten the accessory wire. It turns off when the car is in the cranking position.

ive measured voltage when the car was cranking just to make sure that it was getting 12v and it is..so i dont think it could be that?

If it measured 12v during crank, that should be fine. It's strange though, everything is pointing to no power to the ignition circuit during cranking.

I wish you were closer, I would just come over with a tester and go to town. Other than that, start tracing ignition wires from the ecu back and find out where it is loosing power from.

Check the power supply for the injectors. It comes off a plug up by the battery, and the wiring could have been mixed up accidentally. Has this car ever started normally? Who did the wiring conversion?

I did not see you try the start signal check. If the ECU is not seeing a Start Signal at the time the key is turned on, the engine will not fire.

Check the start signal for +12V (orange wire on the dash plug). If its not going to 12V, than this should fix the problem.

Give it a go and let us know how it goes.

ThanksYury
