sr20det wont start but runs fine when pop started..plzzz help

yes i have tried that also it is seeing 12v and still the same thing is happening??would the car pop start and run fine if the cas was off?

bostonS15,i live in taunton mass depending on where your located would you be interested in comin to take a look at the car to see if you can come up with any good ideas?
