The SR T25 has the same CHRA as any saab T25. There are lots of writeups floating around the net on how to rebuild them. Try searching, they are out there. One thing to remember, the nut holding the turbine wheel on, is reverse threaded, so don't break it.

It's not too terribly hard, just make sure you make paint marks on everything so you know how it all came apart. The wheels are very important to keep in the same orientation

Also, the nut for the compressor wheel is reverse thread.

Getting the c-clips out of the CHRA is the biggest pain in the @ss. They're tiny and they don't like to go back in. I usually use a pair of straight picks like chopsticks to maneuver them back in. The one that holds the exhaust side journal bearing in is probably the biggest pain. Also, the big c-clip that holds the compressor housing on is a bear to get out. Especially if it's never been touched.

I did some research online and found a few good sites through google many years ago when I undertook the job. Rebuilding just about any journal bearing turbo is the same, so they'll give you good ideas on what to do.

Most diesel repair shops can re balance the wheels, and if they cant, they will know who can. I had a place near me bead blast both wheels and rebalance the everything for $35, they also ordered me the OEM Garret rebuild kit.
