hi im rebuilding my sr20det red top motor at the moment and was wondering is there a certain way i have to clock my rings before puttin it in the cylinder.

Yes, there is a certain way to clock the rings.

Every engine builder has a different way of doing it.

I would go to the website of whoever made the rings, they should have a diagram showing how they are supposed to be clocked.
