sr20det not going pass 60 or 70 mph?

hi guys. i have a redtop sr20det got all the bolt ons on the car. weird thing is my car does not go over 60 or 70mph. right now im running kph, doesnt seem too accurate too. but i dont know why its running like that. i dont know if its fuel cut or something. seems like it bogs like too much gas or air. when it does this i slowly release the gas and drive right under the line where it bogs. any clue what it might be. thanks.

boost leak, bad o2 sensor and check your timeing and MAFs, what happens if you just rev it up?

i dont think it can be boost leak. i ran 1 and second gear to 3500 and got 14psi. i dont know if how to check if its bad o2 sensor though. timing is probably off but still it shouldnt do that, or can it? i doubt i have a bad maf since it works just fine driving around. i can push hard on first second and third gear fine. dont know why it would do bog. i havent really tried reving it up pass that point but i know if i do it, it will jerk pause jerk pause and continue to do that. kinda weird.

not to thread jack...but my car runs good under 4k rpm, after that it starts to sputter pretty bad. i have new pump, fuel filter, using jdm cluster too. but why would it run fine down low but bad up high?? is it timing related?? im checking timing using the black w/yellow stripe wire from the #1 coil pack near the firewall. is this okay?

TX AND climax, does your car sound like it's runnin on three cyl?

and how does the rs sound?

if i had to guess i would say check timing. but what do i know. im no doctor. you have a boost controller? did you want to hit 14 psi? or was it a spike?
