Just wondering what the majority of you guys with aftermarket oil pans use.

I see ISIS offers one for 125$Ebay is 70$and greddy somewhere around 300$

Does anyone have an experience with the isis? Looking for a cheaper alternative than the greddy and looking to buy one now as I have my pan off.

if you get the ebay one your gonna need to strip off that paint inside the pan due to the casting. It usually has sand particles deposited in the paint.

Yeah, I wasn't even considering ebay, I don't know why I mentioned it. I found a thread on here where ken from enjuku said he hasn't had any problems with it and I know from experience their customer service is great, so I'm gonna take my chances and see how the isis one is.

I'm also trying to decide on a head gasket. I'm thinking a cosworth 87mm 1.5mm thick. I got my blocked decked 4 thousands so I think the 1.5 is good for me.

And I've heard good things about the cosworth and it's relatively cheap

+1 for hg. I think if you get the ebay one it just needs a lil work. Strip the pain and polish up the inside. Die grinder and hard steel brush and call it a day.

Yeah, well I'm getting paid tomorrow so I have some extra money to play with. I've had my share with ebay (cx racing radiator, fmic, and exhuast). They all work decent, but 2 exhaust hangers snapped on me, the car over heats when I beat on it at the track. The fimc is okay, but I will be upgrading the core eventually. Now 8 months later I'm lookin to buy a koyo rad and either do something custom with this exhuast or buy a new one.So I'll stay away from ebay for this one and at least get something name brand with a warrenty

I have a greddy oil pan for sale. This one is off my s13. I have the same pan on my s14 and have never had any problems. I believe the oil pan is a must on an sr. It keeps the oil cooler with a larger oil capacity.

Here is the link to pics. Let me know if you are interested. Price is 225 shipped.

Get the Moroso one...I know 2 guys that have them and they like them a lot. The Moroso pan is just as good as the Greddy oil pan its just cheaper.
