You don't need a different coil. I have 640CC injectors and NO problems with burning fuel with my stock coil. I know people on these boards have said it many, many times.

If your injectors are flooding on 'initial injector pulse sequence', that means your tuner didn't configure something right.

My motor turns over after cranking for like 2 seconds.

When you check your car first thing in the morning are the plugs wet? Maybe you have a leaky injector.

also i noticed i have to press the pedal 1/4 down to get it to fire up. would that mean that i'm not getting enough fuel on startup? I already checked the injectors and the o rings and they are fine. Also the plugs aren't wet in the morning.

Too much fuel. What ever gap you have now is fine. You'll only have problems at mid to high boost called spark blow out. Then you would reduce gap to .28 or so. DevilMB3017 is right you don't "need" an MSD coil but for 40 bucks it can't hurt anything.

Yeah my car also starts up in two seconds no problem but I noticed if I half crank it ( turning the engine over a couple of times then releasing the key w/out actually starting the car) I have found I get a crank no start condition until I give it some WOT. Must be flooding. Did you fix all your grounds. Your starter might not be turning over your engine fast enough. Probably not thou. Or it could be sucking so much juice ( cause its bad) that the ecu/ignition doesn't have enough power to work properly especially when cranking. Take it out and get it tested (FREE!!)

I fixed all of my grounds already. My tuner said it might be my starter also so i might as well get it checked out. I want to hardwire my ignition first and see what happens

If you're pressing the pedal 1/4 way down, you're putting more air into the more, NOT needing more fuel...

Have you checked your IACV and cleaned your throttle body?
