I had started my sr swap and was completed in about three weeks to it turning over and started the fine tuning. the CAS is in the right place, the fuel pump starts up and it starts right up. Rough idles a little at the beginning then levels out- at about 820- then i shut it off to see if it would keep the same timing and it would start for hours. first we thought it was the battery taking a ****, but it wasnt the case. so we gave up on it for the night and i came back the next morning and got in and it started right up without a hitch. so i really dont know what it was. i put all the body parts on it and took it for its test drive. it drove great. i then went back to the shop shut it off to pick up some things and drive it home. try to start it -didnt start- we had to push start it. i went to the gas station, top it off and went for a 200 mile drive up and down a canyon. it drove fine all the way. i pulled out my laser temp reader and the manifold was at 110, exhaust was cold to the hand, radiator was at 100, so i dont know what it is and why it wont just start back up.

also, i think i might have a vacuum leak, ill give it gas and it builds boost really fast then the blow off valve with purge and the pressure is lost, and ever time i stop it feels like the car will die if i dont give it gas. im kind of a new comer when it comes to how **** works. but i need help cause my car isnt reliable.

i have some pictures and a few videos up at this site please check up out and see you can tell.http://s149.photobucket.com/albums/s47/klondyke420/

The stalling you speak of is caused by your BOV, you need to recirculate it. As for no start, I would suggest changing the coolant temp sensor, and rechecking the timing, with the engine at running temp, and the TPS unplugged.
