I almost have my S14 sent to that place because my co worker's friend had cars done by them. But he told me I would have to wait for like 2 weeks before he can start working on it because it was his vacation. But anyways, my car should be done by late Sat and hopefully your car will be done next week too.

dude that's the same a hole who told me like a month ago he would have me in and out. so two weeks ago when i call after i get back from vacation, the other guy says he'll be out of town for two or three weeks. and i asked if he can get to it, and he flat out said he did not have the time. i don't get that shop, but oh well...

Well, my car did not get finish today because he said he forgot to get exhaust manifold gasket, turbo gasket (the side from the exhaust manifold to the turbo), and the heater hose. I hope he does not forget the A/C lines that I asked for once he is done with the car...

update time...i went to the shop to try the new ecu in my car and to my surprise my wiring harness isn't there. so i asked the guy what was up and he said that their wiring guy came and picked it up earlier. found out that the wiring was indeed the problem and was caused the ecu to fry. so im waiting on my harness to come back and he claims he's gonna get it done. im pissed off but due to my new-found lack of time, im going to leave it there for a while longer, seeing as they did that much and completed my intercooler piping and bov, i'll give them another shop. they're also supposed to get my exhaust done for me. all he had to tell me in the beginning was that it was going to be awhile before he can get to it instead of having me in the mindset of a week or two. but anyhow, i'll see how it goes this go around.

leroiboy wrote:hey ryon thanks alot man. ok, this is what i found: i found the female ground wire for the starter and connected it-engine now turns over but does not start. i checked all four coil packs and they all fire and also have 12v in on position. i discovered i have no fuel coming up and am about to see what i did wrong there. what could i have wired wrong?- because yes, i installed a walbro 255 fuel pump. also, my wipers and gauge cluster does not work-what could this be if not a fuse under the dash(have not checked this out yet)? thanks and i'll let you all know what happens
leroiboyDont mean to thread jack, but im having the exact same problem; only i cannot find the female connector anywhere. Can you please let me know where it originates from to see if maybe i have to make one. I would really appreciate it.

it SHOULD be intertwined with the wiring going to the starter-it's easy to miss, as did i.

Alright...after a much hated absence from posting, I finally have an update on my car. It appears the previous owner really did a hack job on my wiring and has caused all of my problems(such as every wire running under the driver-side fender well cut and soldered back-why i never looked here, I have no clue). Yes, my ECU was blown because of this. Yes, my fuel pump was not priming or operating because of this. So my man at the shop is ironing all of this out for me now. So as it stands now-my baby finally runs!! All that is left is clean up work and slapping an exhaust on(all I have is a Megan downpipe right now). So by this time next week, I should have been testing her out all day-hopefully with good results and be over-anxious to wake up and take a drive somewhere Thanks for everybody's help

wow finally.. glad you got it running. I bet the guy didn't know that he could remove the entire chassis harness and not have to cut it.... he may have been trying to replace the entire chassis harness and wasted a huge amount of time by cutting and soldering lol...

Damn, that took forever, I remember seeing this when it was first posted. At least it's running now, hope it didn't cost too much...I'm sure you'll think it was worth it as soon as you drive it though.
