Uhhhh....I spent barely over $1300 for my RB20DET. Threw in some 440cc injectors from a MkIII Supra ($60 for all six), top that off with you're basic T3/T4 .57trim .63A/R turbo, and some tuning with my SAFC II...and I'm at 250whp. That's only at 14psi with no timing set and the SAFC having to correct 30% in the upper RPM...so I certainly wouldn't say RB numbers are disappointing.
