Sportmax 501 on 16s. Which aftermarket brakes will fit? 300zx? Infiniti?

I am looking to upgrade the stock convertible brakes with 350zx or Infinity stock brakes. My concern if fitment and ease of installation, which would work?

But IIRC I doubt much other than Q45 brakes will fit under those at only 16" diameter, not to mention the offset coming into play.

I looked at the link but there were nobody with Sportmax 501 that had done a brake upgrade.

Anybody? Will the Q45 work? Any guidance will be appreciated. Thanks.

Those 501's are +15 offset right?

I would be very surprised if they didn't clear Z32 calipers. Since Q45 calipers are slimmer than the Z calipers, I would think you'd be just fine.

But, I can't tell you 100% for sure since I haven't tried them out myself.

Really depends on the spokes. The 002s are 0 offset and they don't clear Z32 brakes.

I guess the question is: Is there anybody here that has Sportmax 501s 16x8, +15 offset with aftermarket brakes (300zx, Q45s)? Did you have fitment issues..?
