I do not suggest aftermarket sways for someone that is planning to go coilovers later.

The spacers shouldn't make any clunking noises, please double check them.

Unless you are building a drift car I don't suggest getting sway bars. Better tires would be a better option, or if you've completed your suspension I'd move towards chassis stiffening.

If you are getting alot of roll you need to add preload to the spring, this will raise the spring's rate and reduce the roll. You can also get lower control arms and tune out some of the roll couple.

We carry the Okuyama Carbing strut bars, they are the best looking and one of the best performing strut bars on the market. Made of light aluminum and in a single piece design, the welds are beautiful as well.

Front - $228Rear - $281

Lead time on them is 4-6 weeks. Price is a shipped price.

those are beautiful, but i think a little ritzy for me. I'll probably just wind up with ebay specials. The next thing i'm doing is to weld on reinforcements on my tension rod bracket(ala Power Brace). Hopefully that will give a little front end rigity as well.I am ordering HE's too. To switch for my D2's.

so help me understand how this lca works, instead of sways. Since i saw that Koguchi is just running aftermarket lca, instead of sways. Explain to me how that does it. The most that i can get out of it is that as you extend the lca is transfers some of the spring compression at a diagonal putting the additional side forces on it. That's the most sense i can make of looking at the design. Enlighten me please

Basically you can raise and lower the control arm in relation to the spindle. This either reduces roll couple (moving arm up), or increases it (moving arm down). With enough increase you can cause excessive body roll and get the car to skid.

i just did some more reading, everything is making more sense. I think when i get the HE's i'll leave them the heigth that Tein sets them at.

Although my car does look sweet being low.=)
