speed sensor location! need help asap..

where is it located?!?! i have an sr20det s13 blacktop and i have my car jacked up at the moment and want to fix my my speedo/odometer problem.. i just can't find where my speed sensor is located.. Someone please help!!

On the side of the transmission, at the very back near the driveshaft. It has one 10 mm bolt holding it in.
