Hey, neat. I have an auto ecu on my manual. I bent the speedo back on my 7 hour drive to Destin. I sadly didn't realize that I should have been cut off. : (

I have a completely stock 97 240SX SE and this is something that I really want to know the best possible wayt to do. As far as the confusion as to what the real speed limiter is, (although like i said, i drive a 97 and it may be different for some of the older years) my speedo reads 120 and as soon as it hits 120, the acceleration kicks back. This is really annoying b/c i know that even stock i could get another 10-15 MPH out of it.

Main question. Also you guys were talkin about swapping out the speedo. I checked out that site, but it only had speedos for S13's. I need an S14 speedo b/c like i said i drive a 97. Anyone know where I could pick up something like that? Betteryet, do those indeglo gauges go up substancially more than 120? I really like the look of the factory speedo w/ the white background and all, so i was thinkin about something like that. Hell, before i got my 240, i was driving a Mazda 626 that read 160~ on the speedo, lol.... Thanks for any help anyone can provide....
