Damn...tried to find this video. It shows a weed grower at that pot convention in Amsterdam burn pounds of weed in a giant vaporizer on stage in order to hotbox the huge room. Was a clear glass tube with a heat source and a fan on the bottom. Filled the entire room with smoke.
So yes...it is possible to get 1million people baked. Humongous waste of weed? sure.

If finding participants in studies of this type is difficult, I want to use this opportunity to throw my hat in the ring. This is something I have been saying for years. Driving high does nothing but make you drive slower and more carefully. Smoking and then going on a small road trip and listening to Mozart is one of my new favorite activities.
