Here's a little fact about me not many people know.

I too don't have any money at all. I just worked my *** off in school and then in university to try to get to med school. During my teenage years I had a phase were I didn't want to do anything anymore and I had to go pretty low before I realised that I have obligations in life and that I can't just do nothing and get everything. I stopped messing around and isolated myself for 5 years just to get back up and succced in school. then I still had to do 2 years in university just to get my average UP. and finally , after 5 years of cegep and 2 years of gruelling point grinding, I got accepted in med school.

moral of the story. I got a fully loaded 3.5SE as a gift from my parents.

it wasn't free, it took me 7 YEARS OF HARD WORK. MATH, PHYSICS,BIOLOGY,FRENCH, HISTORY,PHILOSOPHY, EVERYTHING.

I should be pissed at people who only do lame *** jobs for two years were they don't even have to think and get a nice a** car. loool!

My dad had a say in what i got. I wanted an acura tsx or a used bmw or g35....but i wasnt allowed bc my dad knows what happens to a kid in that kind of car. The a/c is perfect for a kid i mean it limits on what you can do. Regardless whether your driving a A/C or Z its still dangerous for a kid w/ alot of power under his foot. But good luck with it and i hope ur not going to be stupid with it. Thats all

lol i want to be a doctor too. my dad wanted to buy me a brand new car so i wont have any issues and he told me from the start that this is the only car he will buy me. he'll buy me this car and after like 10 years when i'm a doctor i can buy another car with my own money. just because i didn't buy my car doesnt mean i dont appreciate it. you see the C5 corvette in my sig? thats my brother's, he got it with his own money. he got it 1-2 months before i got my coupe. so by your guys logic he should take better care of it since he's older (32) and he bought it with his own money right? he destroyed his transmission drifting every corner he came across and doing donuts all the time, his top got cut, he some how messed up his rims, the car drives like **** now and he's going to get rid of it.

one of the reasons i'm trying to mod the car is because i'm going to have it for hella years. if it makes you guys feel any better, not 1 penny came from my pocket, my dad pays my insurance, my mom pays for my gas most of the time, and my dad even paid for one of my tickets lol but he's not paying for the other ticket i just got. IF your family can afford to buy you a brand new car and it's nothing to them (meaning they wont struggle or anything, just extra money) then who wouldn't take a new car???

it's an altima coupe! my friend's parents bought him a GL benz when they first came out and spent like 70k. he's a horrible driver so they took the benz away and got him a 2008 Honda Accord V6. my other friend got a brand new BMW, other friend got a brand new BMW too.

congrats on the car, and dont worry bout these guys. you'll run across people like these for the rest of your life. Its still your life and decisions. Just be grateful for the car, and of course for having parents like the ones you have, don't prove some of the people here right and don't show ur parents that they made a mistake by getting too cocky on the road and getting in an accident.

Other than that, congrats bro, and i dont believe that stereotype bout Jersey. Dont worry bout what people say or believe, people have different reactions/beliefs depending on their own experiences, some may just be bittter or dont understand at all. I have a good friend who owns an altima coupe, he's 17, doesnt pay for the car, gas, or insurance, but hes one of the best people ive ever met: great values, has his priorities in check, and just has an awesome life ahead of him. He deserves the car and more. Its your actions that dictate the truth. Just accept what you cant change in other people and move on. No point in arguin with people.
