Forget my previous post

Here is what caused me to suffer all day lol

And heres one of the ka. I don't know why, but I got bored tonight and decided to start pulling it.My original plan was to get inspected with the ka for less hassle, but my friend knows a place where they will pass me so I'll just hope for the best I guess.

Its just about ready to come out just need to take the trans crossmember off, a/c compressor, couple things here and there prob

Hopefully I can get a hoist tomorrow from my boss and have it out.. What do you guys do with the carbon canister when you do your swaps?

Dude sometimes you just have to walk away and cool off. I think everytime im having a stupid problem i just walk away and come back and i can do it right away. But yeah it does help if you have an extra hand while putting the trans on.

Yah, trying to muscle that thing on solo can be a PITA. The last time I did mine on the floor it took a while to seat her in.

I got it in. I ended up taking the pressure plate off and noticed the splines on the disc were a little boogered so I scraped the edges of a few to smooth them out and put a little lube on the splines and it slid on pretty easily. Wish I had done that the first time.

My back and knees are gonna be so sore tomorrow.

Also after I had all the trans bolts in I noticed I didn't put that damn trans gasket in. I almost cried lol I thought I would have to take the flywheel off to get it on but I was able to force it on without removing anything but the trans.
