Poor Datsun thinks it's a Ferrari but it still has a Datsun motor under the hood. What a waste if you ask me...

*Edit* Looked it up, I"m wrong. Stock engine in the GTO 250 was a 300hp V12.
This and I'd drop in a 2JZ swap. Everyone would wat so hard.Jesda wrote:I would replace the badges with Dacia Sandero ones for that extra bit of mindf*cking.

Exactly!Chaotic_Warlord wrote:The ad says that all the Ferarri bits, seats, badges, steering wheel andlight are the real deal. For the cost of real Ferarri parts and the body work and restoration they probably could have bought a real Ferarri
I call shens of the ferrari bits. the steering wheel, seats, and pretty much the entire interior is even not remotely period correct even the seller claims a few pieces are "Ferrari made." If they are real, which I'm not sure they are, they're more likely swiped off a newer wrecked 308 GT. A real 250 GTO steering wheel is mohagany rimmed w/3 brushed metal spokes with a considerably bigger glass horn button. there were no headrests in ferrari's in the 60's. plus ferrari dashes of that era did not have cheezy molded plastic dashboards like this kit.Chaotic_Warlord wrote:The ad says that all the Ferarri bits, seats, badges, steering wheel andlight are the real deal. It's a popular kit. Kinda like the Beetle to 356 "conversion".AZ89two4Tsx wrote:Looks like it isn't a one off kit...

I dig it. It's 9999x better than a Fiero Ferrari.
